How do I get to Country Squire Estates?
We are conveniently located in the City of Villa Hills, the Heart of Northern Kentucky. Our main entrance is off of Buttermilk Pike on Rosewood Drive, one mile north of the I-75/Buttermilk Pike Exit. We are directly across the street from Kremers Market and the Fire Department. We are about 10 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati International Airport.

How many acres make up Country Squire Estates?
Our community is approximately 480 acres with nearly 20% of our land in natural green space.

What kinds of homes are in Country Squire Estates?
We have over 340 homes displaying the largest variety of architecture in the region. That’s because we individually design each and every home.

What is a landominium?
We developed the landominium concept over 18 years ago, allowing a homeowner to own the home and land under the home by conventional deed. The landscaping and lawn around each home is maintained as a part of a homeowners association. Also included is a club house, 6 lakes, tennis courts and walking trails.

What are the sizes of your homesites?
Our estate homesites range from just under one acre to 1.9 acres. The landominium sites are approximately 70′ X 120′ with incredible views.

What are the community fees?
The current annual fee for estate lots is $162.00. The current monthly fee for Squire Valley Landominiums is $250.00.

The entire community has public dedicated roadways with parking on one side throughout so your guests can enjoy easy access to your new home.
